Responsibilities
Architect, design, and develop enterprise-level applications using .NET and C#, with deployment to Azure.
Define and implement best practices and development standards for the team.
Provide guidance and mentorship to developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to standards.
Partner closely with leadership to design the future of custom applications and align technical solutions with business objectives.
Deliver regular updates on project progress and milestones to leadership.
Utilize testing frameworks like xUnit and integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline.

Required
6+ years of experience developing enterprise applications in .NET and C#.
Expertise in deploying applications to Azure.
Experience with .NET Blazor and .NET MAUI.
Familiarity with testing frameworks like xUnit and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Passion for building new systems from scratch rather than maintaining legacy applications.
