Responsibilities

Design and develop new applications or enhance existing ones using modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, C#, or JavaScript).
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Implement APIs and integrate applications with third-party systems.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Collaborate with project managers, quality assurance teams, and designers throughout the development lifecycle.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Conduct unit, integration, and system testing to ensure applications are bug-free and meet user needs.
Assist in deploying applications to various environments (e.g., staging, production) and provide post-deployment support.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Update applications as needed to incorporate new features, fix bugs, and enhance performance.
Ensure compatibility with evolving hardware and software environments.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience (2–5 years) in application development and programming.
Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
Experience with frameworks and tools like Spring Boot, Angular, React, or ASP.NET.
Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Understanding of cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
Required Security clearance.

Preferred

Federal Experience is a plus.
