Responsibilities

Provide run-the-business production support and resolve production issues and requests.

Perform mass data uploads, updates, and processing.

Deliver maintenance work items to existing features in Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Salesforce CPQ).

Configure flows, approval rules, security settings, validation rules, page layouts, and other object customizations.

Work with other support teams to resolve Salesforce access issues.

Work with Salesforce development team in Agile Scrum framework.

Provide proper documentation and traceability of work performed.

Abide by CRM Production Support procedures and Salesforce application security measures.

Required

Salesforce Certified Administrator

5 years of experience of configuration and development in Salesforce Lightning

2 years of solid customer service experience.

Relevant experience with Salesforce Data Loader, SOQL/SQL queries, handling and processing mass volume of data.

Substantial knowledge of Account Management, Contact Management, Opportunity Management, User Management in Salesforce application.

Working knowledge of Salesforce Communities.

Keen analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills, able to present ideas and recommendations.

Able to work in a diverse team setting.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred

Apex coding
