Responsibilities

Engage with customers to promote their BESS solutions & resolve concerns

Provide technical documentation and feedback to help customers move the system through interconnection and permitting processes

Ensure proposed solutions adhere to applicable industry standards and electrical engineering design principles

Manage the BESS commissioning process

Advise on the role of inverters and power control system technology

Required

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (preferred) or Mechanical Engineering

3+ years professional work experience in the solar, energy storage or generators

Experience managing the entire lifecycle of a project

Deep understanding of battery storage systems including microgrid design, control schema for different use cases (stand-alone storage, PV, microgrid with generators etc.)

Interconnection experience

Strong communication skills including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical people.
