Responsibilities

Assist the Packaging Team in developing processes for transitioning to Microsoft Intune.

Help establish a remediation process for addressing application vulnerabilities.

Contribute to the further automation of packaging processes.

Support packaging for macOS environments.

Monitor the Jira board for packaging requests.

Evaluate packaging requests to ensure all requirements are complete.

Perform smoke testing on applications to determine the optimal packaging method.

Complete the packaging process by automating installation and testing through SCCM for UAT preparation.

Provide technical assistance to the Desktop Engineering Team on application packaging and delivery.

Offer high-level support for SCCM Operations to assist with packaging and delivery needs.

Required

Minimum of an Associate's degree with 5 years of systems analysis/application development experience, or, in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years of higher education and/or work experience.

Familiarity with application development software and hardware platforms.

Experience with the following: Microsoft SCCM for software delivery and monitoring, InstallShield, PowerShell, PSAppDeploy Toolkit (PSADT), Microsoft Windows 10 & Windows Server
