Responsibilities

Promoting the use of refractory products and providing technical support for product marketing, product selection, and sales activities.

Collaborating with the engineering team to solve problems and provide solutions to customers, both internal and external.

Providing technical support for customer assistance, quotations, training, complaint investigation, failure analysis, and research and development activities.

Analyzing application needs and proposing lining designs and installation methods to meet customer business needs.

Contributing to product promotions, marketing strategies, and industry tradeshows.

Performing market analysis and identifying new business opportunities.

Offering strategic customer sales and technical support.

Assisting in product rationalization, portfolio modifications, pricing, and positioning of various products.
