Responsibilities

Enter new work orders and monitor progress, validating the quality of work submitted through the application.
Support end users of the application as needed, including introducing the application to new and existing users as new features and functionality are released.
Work with stakeholders to ensure submissions meet client needs and assist in modifications as needed.
Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure tasks and expectations are met.
Assist in the development of deployment strategies and processes to optimize efficiency.

Required

Bachelor’s degree preferred or related work experience
0-2 years of experience in deployment coordination or a related role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Proven experience in identifying and resolving scheduling and coordination issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills to foster harmonious relationships.
Detail orientated

Preferred

Experience in disaster management
Experience with the quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes
Experience with technical support and software/ mobile applications.
Knowledge of technical installation processes and requirements.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Strong analytical skills to assess risks and develop mitigation plans.
