Responsibilities
Work closely with Project Managers and users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design scalable and maintainable systems that meet business needs and align with best practices.
Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance. Ensure adherence to coding standards, architectural guidelines, and industry best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Oversee application troubleshooting and problem resolution, providing guidance and support to development teams as needed. Identify and address technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
Participate in developing user training material and conducting training sessions to educate end-users on application functionality and best practices. Provide ongoing support and guidance to users to ensure successful adoption of new systems.

Required
Experience with Infor ERP or related ERP experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Hands-on application development in Python, SQL coding, and Integrations.
Ability to interpret user requirements and develop highly functioning and efficient software is paramount to the success of IT.
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
Preferred
Experience developing web services and/or experience with APIs is preferred.
Database experience is preferred.
