Responsibilities

Ensure accurate translation of high-level mission CONOPS into system-level requirements; develop lower-level detailed implementation requirements.

Conduct System requirements analysis, generation of requirement specifications and compliance tracking

Interact with customers on technical matters, often requiring coordinated activity across organizational lines.

Communicate progress, status, briefings, and tasking to customers and team.

Lead the design and definition of system functionality and component interfaces.

Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and charts.

Attend relevant component readiness reviews and testing milestones and provide recommendations to customer management.

Conduct Integration Testing to ensure system behavior meets customer expectations and requirements

Provide on-site technical support, as needed

Required

Education: 2 years with BS/BA; 0 years with MS/MA; 6 years with no degree

Clearance: Active TS/SCI Security Clearance

Working knowledge of systems engineering principles and processes.

Applied knowledge of the systems development life cycle, including requirements analysis, documentation development, control gates, and system verification.

Working knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and concepts (i.e. Cameo) and familiarization of the DoDAF Viewpoints and Models.

Ability to work within and across multi-discipline teams to ensure interfaces are thoroughly defined, properly designed, and correctly implemented.

Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.

Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team in pursuit of organizational goals.

Demonstrated expertise in writing, and ability to brief complex technical information to non-experts.
