Responsibilities
Works with project team members, IS Integration staff, and vendors to develop interface mapping specifications.
Provides support during application installation, troubleshoots problems, and works with vendors to resolve issues.
Enters and updates software enhancement request logs, tracks progress, and communicates status to customers.
Assesses feasibility of new product features and provides data analysis and design specifications.
Coordinates with end users, support staff, IS staff, and vendors to identify and correct problems.
Documents and prioritizes problem reports, tracks resolutions, and maintains system functionality.
Participates in testing activities, collaborates with testing teams, and assists in new application releases.
Contributes to operations and production architecture planning, including Help Desk design and Change Control Approach.

Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Three years of experience in a related area
If position is for Epic, certification required within 6 months in the application being supported
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, healthcare or other related field
Software/Hardware implementation experience using diversified product lines of information systems
Experience supporting complex projects that require coordination of resource, budget development, and project planning
Hospital and/or other health care application experience
3 years of PACS Experience implementation preferred
