Responsibilities

Independently manages project timelines, resources, and staff and leads implementation efforts
Manages projects that require directing the work of others and with some latitude on actions or decisions
Utilizes advanced skills to make technology modifications. Determines pro’s and con’s of implementing technical modifications
Consults with clients to develop solutions using existing technologies
Promotes positive customer relationships and mentors others to ensure customer satisfaction

Required

Demonstrated experience with .NET, C#, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Visual Studio for application development
Demonstrated experience using the Blazor web framework
Demonstrated experience with database management systems such as: MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle
Demonstrated experience using Azure DevOps
Demonstrated experience with transportation processes and/or procedures and engineering principles
Bachelor's degree in computer science or an IT related field or related technical degree from an appropriately accredited institution and two years of experience in business application consulting or development
OR Associate degree in computer science or an IT related field from an appropriately accredited institution and three years of experience in application consulting or development
OR High School or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and six years of experience in business application consulting or development; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience with Microsoft Azure
