Responsibilities
Make 250 to 500+ cold calls per week (depending on your hours). You’ll be challenging decision-makers , qualifying them, and setting real appointments.
If you’re used to dodging rejection or playing it safe, that won’t work here. You’ll need to face objections head-on , learn to ask tough questions , and turn rejection into opportunity.
Track your progress using Google Sheets. You’ll be accountable for every call you make and every result you get.
Participate in weekly feedback sessions where we’ll discuss your performance and how to adjust so you can grow and get better. I will be a mentor to you.
Have clear, prompt and open communication.

Required
Must have a reliable, stable U.S. phone number that is yours.
Must be available to commit to at least 15 total hours per week between the times of 9am EST and 9pm EST.
No prior sales experience required, but you need to be ready to ditch the order-taker mindset and learn how to really sell.
You must be driven by growth and results.
You must be comfortable with doing a guided meditation before each calling session.
