Responsibilities
Vetting Facebook Messages: Review and respond to incoming Facebook messages, identify quality leads, and schedule follow-ups accordingly.
Social Media Engagement: Post engaging content in Facebook groups and exchanges. Respond to comments, questions, and inquiries to foster community engagement and brand trust.
Client Reviews: Proactively reach out to past clients using provided data to request and farm for reviews. Ensure feedback is captured and shared to improve service and reputation.
Follow-Up Emails: Manage email correspondence and reconnect with clients from installations 6 months - 1 year ago, ensuring their needs are met and uncovering potential opportunities for upselling or referrals.

Required
Proven experience in a similar role (sales or customer engagement).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong email communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with Facebook messaging, groups, and other social media tools.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment.
Preferred
Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Background in sales, digital marketing, or customer service.
Strong writing skills for engaging follow-ups and social media posts.
