Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outreach (110-130+ outbound dials per day) to warm leads who are interested in business coaching
Build rapport and spark excitement quickly, guiding prospects through the discovery phase to a booked call with our Closer team
Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow up with past prospects to reignite interest
Keep current on Mastermind.com’s product offerings and industry trends to educate clients effectively
Deliver a best-in-class client experience with every interaction, aiming to exceed monthly KPIs

Required
Prior setting or sales experience, ideally in appointment setting or outbound calling
A sales-driven mindset with the ability to engage clients in a personable, non-scripted style
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment
Strong multitasking, critical thinking, and detail orientation
Career-oriented with a commitment to excellence and growth
Flexible availability, including some weekends, evenings, and mornings as needed
Preferred
Proficiency with social media and CRM tools is a plus
