Responsibilities
Upon order of appraisal, track and follow up with appraisal partner to ensure turn time is met
Review notes in Reggora to ensure all messages are being responded to in a timely manner
Respond to AMC/AC when additional information is requested to keep the appraisal process moving
Maintain effective communication between Operations team and appraisal partners
Ensure UCDP/EAD/ECOA runs appropriately or reach out for assistance when errors occur
Ensure timely ordering, tracking, and receipt of all appraisals within the Reggora platform

Required
2-year degree or commensurate mortgage experience
1+ year of experience with Encompass LOS
2+ year of experience with an appraisal platform (Reggora Network preferred)
Knowledge of appraisal guidelines for residential mortgages (Conventional, FHA, & VA)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Ability for flexibility in your schedule, especially during peak volume periods & month end (potential to work some evenings or weekends)
Exceptional oral and written communication, for use both inside and outside the organization
