Responsibilities
Utilizing sophisticated data and analytics tools to select and engage appraisers for assignments.
Successfully manage a high level of inbound/outbound calls to and from lender clients and appraiser partners to facilitate appraisal scheduling and obtain and deliver status updates throughout the life of the assignment.
Ensure proactive communication on all files every day and milestone management for assigned pipeline.
Ensure that the longstanding corporate culture remains in place and thrives as NAN continues to grow by actively participating in regular meetings, training opportunities and team building activities.
Effectively partner with leaders across the organization to resolve challenges and enhance processes to gain efficiencies and mitigate risk as appropriate.
Manage dashboard to ensure all work is getting addressed within certain time parameters & key performance indicators are met.
Act as a liaison between appraiser partners and clients
Execute all tasks are completed as assigned to meet defined targets i.e., NDP, APQM, % delivered on time, and margin goals.
Utilize existing reporting to monitor scorecard results.
Successfully manage a high level of escalated inbound calls to and from lender clients and appraiser partners to facilitate appraisal scheduling and obtain and deliver status updates throughout the life of the assignment.
Ensure proactive communication on all files every day and milestone management for assigned pipeline.

Required
1-3 years of experience in appraisal management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of real estate and appraisal terminology.
Familiarity with appraisal management software and general office applications.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
