Responsibilities
Supervise the adjudication of all Pending or Denied Insurance Claims in accordance with Business Standards
Be a resource for the team handling escalated issues and questions around their daily responsibilities
Participate on all JOC calls with carriers identifying and relaying any outstanding issues related to claim processing
Manage all time off requests for the team
Communicate with leaders all issues affecting cash collections and/or claims processing

Required
Associates Degree in Healthcare Management, Business, Accounting and/or Finance and five years of related experience
In lieu of degree, minimum seven years of related experience
Five years of related experience, or in lieu of degree, minimum seven years of related experience
Ability to manage day to day responsibilities of all Accounts Receivable employees
Participate with Director/Manager in annual reviews, interviews, and personnel actions
Expert knowledge of Accounts Receivable and the process surrounding it
Strong knowledge of process and understanding of practice management system
Proven leadership ability
Strong math and logic skills
