Responsibilities

Supervise the adjudication of all Pending or Denied Insurance Claims in accordance with Business Standards

Be a resource for the team handling escalated issues and questions around their daily responsibilities

Participate on all JOC calls with carriers identifying and relaying any outstanding issues related to claim processing

Manage all time off requests for the team

Communicate with leaders all issues affecting cash collections and/or claims processing

Assist with assessment of needed technology for the team and work alongside Sr. Manager to find efficiency opportunities

Handle adjustments as directed

Responsible for team member evaluations in coordination with the Sr. Manager
