Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality metrics and KPIs to evaluate the accuracy, consistency, and relevance of AI training and benchmarking data.

Design and execute quality assurance processes for data structure and content.

Conduct regular audits and reviews of AI training data to identify and rectify errors.

Collaborate with all stakeholders to drive alignment with quality standards.

Create and maintain documentation for quality assurance processes and standards.

Provide training and support to team members on quality management best practices.

Stay updated with industry standards and advancements in AI and data quality management.

Required

Bachelor's degree in quality management, Data Science, Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

A native Arabic speaker with proficiency in any of the following languages: Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, or Korean.

Ability to identify subtle nuances in language.

Experience working with generative AI models and natural language processing (NLP).

Experience with quality assurance, content management systems and data annotation tools.

Excellent research skills, ability to follow complex guidelines and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience in designing and implementing quality metrics and KPIs.

Previous experience in a similar role within the tech industry.
