Converting project specifications into detailed coding instructions for computer systems.

Required
5–8 years of experience in GIS-related technologies.
ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Pro SDK, ArcGIS Desktop (.NET), ArcGIS Enterprise Geodatabase (Oracle).
Python scripting for geoprocessing.
Creating, editing, and maintaining spatial data layers.
C#, JavaScript API, .NET, and Spring Boot.
Oracle 19c, Arc Spatial Database Engine (SDE), and geodatabase design.
Integration of tabular data systems with spatial data.
GIS web mapping applications, GIS web services, and user interfaces using ArcServer.
Preferred
Web application development experience with Java.
Familiarity with additional Java frameworks (Hibernate, Spring, Struts).
