Responsibilities

Work full-time, remotely with our project development team to design and manage residential deck and outdoor space projects.

Collaborate with internal teams to meet functional and aesthetic project goals.

Work with local zoning and building officials as needed to Ensure all projects comply with structural codes and zoning regulations.

Draft, stamp, and approve construction documents, ideally in NJ, NY, CT, and PA.

Communication and coordination teams during project development.

Review and revise renderings, animations, and construction documents.

Prepare and assess zoning requirements, providing suggestions for value engineering and workarounds as needed.

Provide project status updates regularly to the Project Development Manager.

Oversee multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of construction documents.
