Responsibilities
Evaluate architectural designs submitted from Pakistan to ensure compliance with relevant U.S. building codes and standards.
Provide feedback and recommendations to the design team in Pakistan to achieve necessary approvals.
Act as the primary liaison between the architectural firm in Pakistan and local authorities in Kansas.
Manage the approval process efficiently, ensuring timely submission and communication.
Participate in team meetings and client discussions to align project requirements and expectations.
Document all approvals and maintain accurate records of communications and submissions.

Required
Must be a Registered Architect in the United States.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in architectural design and regulatory approval processes.
Comprehensive understanding of U.S. building codes, local regulations, and zoning laws.
Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Preferred
Previous experience with international projects is preferred.
