Required
A bachelor’s degree in Architecture
A valid license to practice architecture and stamp drawings in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
A thorough knowledge of the International Building Code (IBC) and how it applies to US construction projects
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp Pro, Revit, Adobe After Effects, and Microsoft PowerPoint
Excellent Mathematical aptitude, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage your time effectively
Preferred
Preferably, living near the states for in-person site visits once or twice during the development process is necessary.
