Prepare architectural design drawings using AutoCAD from schematic design to design development.
Collaborate with the team to contribute to the construction of over 5,000 homes annually.
Utilize knowledge of residential design and construction principles to support project development.

Required
Strong knowledge of residential design and construction, 2 + years’ experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, and Bluebeam
Excellent communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent is a plus
