Responsibilities
Assist in pre-design phase through construction administration of architecture project including iterative design concepts utilizing scripting, computational design, and parametric design.
Develop drawings for schematic design, design development, and contract documents including design sketches, renderings, models, graphics, details, sections, elevations, and schedules.
Perform markups and revisions of documents.
Develop BIM model and drafts 2D technical documents.
Assist in programming, space planning, and rendering/presentation materials for client and office meetings.
Compile data and perform design computations, assist in production of amendments, addenda, and bulletins.
Perform onsite surveys of existing conditions and document field measurements.
Research materials and building systems.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an Accredited School
1-year architectural computational design experience
Experience in computational design including scripting, parametric design, conceptual design, schematic and design development, construction documentation
Experience with Grasshopper, Rhino, and Explicit Modelling
Experience with NURBS Surface Modelling and Parametric Modeling
Experience with Generative and Responsive Modeling
Experience in graphic design
