Responsibilities
Comprehensive architectural project management for small- to medium-sized projects
Code research and compliance documentation
Schematic design through construction administration and project completion
Drafting and detailing for projects of various sizes, primarily in NYC
Construction administration, including site meetings, submittal reviews, and RFI responses
Project management, including client interaction and contractor communications
Coordination of engineering and other consultants
Administering junior staff, if appropriate: red-lining mark-ups and leading small project teams

Required
7+ years of professional experience (experience must be in the US, New York tri-state area preferred)
professional degree in Architecture or a related field (min. level Bachelors)
professional licensure is encouraged
prior project management experience
experience with construction documents and details
construction administration experience
proficiency with Autodesk Revit, as well as rendering development through Enscape
familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite software, particularly Photoshop & InDesign
experience with Bluebeam Revu for PDF mark-up and collaborative review sessions
