Responsibilities

Manage OEM sales team (both internal and external resources) covering your district territories

Identifying and evaluating new opportunities with existing and potential customers, determines plans for implementation, and allocates required resources.

Planning and executing customer surveys and acts on the survey results to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.

Escalation point on all OEM related decisions, including participating in the negotiation of key contracts.

Required

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Business preferred, however candidates with no degree and commensurate experience will also be considered.

Senior Account Management experience.

10+ years experience successfully managing sales teams strongly preferred.

Understanding and experience with full portfolio of products and services (including power distribution one-line and installation products).

Demonstrated knowledge of electrical industry and ABB products.
