Responsibilities

Manage key accounts, and remain involved with the customer, from commissioning the equipment through service issues, seeking to expand business relationships, and introducing new products wherever possible
Develop a strong understanding of the TLD products and services offered by the company, and develop strong relationships with your customers to serve them better
Develop a strong knowledge of the key competitors and a strong understanding of the Ground Support Equipment industry to better capture sales opportunities
Participate in regional and International sales meetings to give the leadership team an accurate understanding of your business and to learn from other global and local peers
Utilize TLD developed tools to generate quotes and reports for supporting customer management
Additional assignments as designated by the leadership team

Required

Bachelor’s Degree required, with technical aptitude a plus and or an engineering background
Must have a demonstrated track record of sales management and 5+ years of relevant work experience
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel management
Must be a relationship builder with the ability to be immediately credible with, and accepted by, key customers
Must be a self-starter who can work independently, is driven by personal goals, and is accessible to customers and leadership a like
Must be able to work autonomously, reliably, and accurately
Able to travel overnight 50+%, including some international travel
Must be a team player who can be productive in a supportive sales culture where common sense and follow-through is valued, as well as collaborating on proposals along with other team members
Program and project management experience

Preferred

Prior Military Aviation experience and or knowledge of Ground Support Equipment
