Responsibilities
Receiving and analyzing tickets/issues from business in AMS projects.
Responsible for resolving issues on time within SLA.
Testing and transporting changes to the production environment.
Understanding of SLAs, incident management processes, and knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Available to work in shifts (until 11 PM offshore) and on-call after office hours and weekends on a rotation basis.
