Responsibilities

Lead High-Impact Programs: Oversee the full lifecycle of complex programs, from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project objectives.

Foster Strong Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Army, including program managers, contracting officers, and technical experts.

Drive Team Success: Lead and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.

Ensure Operational Excellence: Implement robust project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Anticipate Challenges and Propose Solutions: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.

Preferred

Proven Army Experience: Prior experience working within the Army, either as a commissioned officer, non-commissioned officer, or civilian employee, is highly preferred.

Deep Program Management Expertise: A strong track record of successful program management, including experience in proposal development, contract administration, and financial management.

Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of relevant technologies and systems used within the Army.

Strong Communication Skills: The ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
