Responsibilities
As an Art Director at Arcadia, you will be responsible for directing art consultants and planning meetings with the Chief Design Director for the design process.
Allocation of series to be designed and providing training, guiding art consultants and designers to show them publication standards of Arcadia and bringing new design ideas, unique perspectives that they can discover under your supervision.
Directing consultants on their approach to consulting with designers for their book cover design projects and approval of first drafts for the finalised design and publication.
You will be expected to consult minimum 5 maximum 10 Art Consultants allocated to you and you will be leading members and delivering report about their activities and approved designs for the final approval of executives of department within your detailed feedback report.

Required
A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Art Design, Art History, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Experience with a variety of art mediums and techniques, including traditional and digital methods.
Strong skills in creativity, research and communication, problem-solving, teamwork, time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Experience with project management, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute projects from start to finish.
Knowledge of social media platforms and strategies, including experience with content creation and curation.
Demonstrated sensitivity to cultural, gender-based, religious, racial, national, and age differences, as well as a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
The highest standards of integrity and discretion, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
