Lead the creative process from concept through execution, balancing creative innovation with performance-driven results.
Stay at the forefront of creative trends in paid media, digital storytelling, and advertising design.

Required
4+ years of art direction and design experience, with a focus on paid media, digital marketing or advertising.
Skilled in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite and proficient in the latest design tools.
An innovative and creative vision.
Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
A positive work ethic and a positive attitude.
Agility in a dynamic work environment, with the flexibility to respond to changing business needs, priorities, and direction.
