Responsibilities
Coordinate shipments for artwork, including processing deals, creating shipping labels, and tracking logistics.
Assist with customer service inquiries about artwork orders.
Assist with payment processing for artist transactions.
Research alternative shipping or packaging solutions for unique shipping cases.
Support the Community Team in improving internal processes and workflows related to logistics and sales.

Required
Has strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
Can effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Is proactive and resourceful when solving problems or addressing customer needs.
Preferred
Have experience with logistics, shipping, or customer operations.
Have experience working with digital tools to manage logistics and customer support.
