Responsibilities

Manages several business verticals including portfolio management, database management, and loan operations.

Provides leadership, management, and mentoring of mid-level and junior bankers.

Contributes to creating a culture of innovation, compliance, customer focus, and technical excellence.

Interacts with senior management, credit, risk, and legal regarding sensitive client matters and requests.

Presents to and maintains an excellent relationship with bank regulators.

Manages credit administration and reporting for the business.

Helps set policies and procedures for the business and manages ongoing upkeep and execution of processes.

Coordinates with audit and various risk disciplines when engaging with the business.

Leads implementation and build-out of portfolio management systems.

Represents the bank at client and industry events and contributes to building the bank’s brand in the Fund Finance market.

Contributes to cross-business vertical initiatives, including recruiting, diversity, serving on bank committees, etc.
