Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support of CISA's Asset Management Program and its Property Officers. Specific work under this task includes: Collecting and recording property, financial and contractual data using the system of record, SAMS, to manage CISA property throughout its life cycle.

Reconciling and maintaining organizational data within the system of record.

Creating business reports that provide insight into key data points and trends.

Using software/applications to include Microsoft Excel and Power BI in analyzing data and preparing accurate and relevant data reports.

Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators to meet objectives.

Assisting in the creation and delivery of training and training materials for CISA employees on their assigned duties.

Aiding in the development and maintenance of processes, procedures, and controls to support CISA activities.

Conducting ongoing database record reviews to support data quality and accuracy.

Communicating the results of analyses in written and verbal form.
