Responsibilities
Support senior team members in the development and ongoing delivery of custom analytical solutions for clients
Partner with internal Broadridge stakeholders to combine client data and systems with proprietary Broadridge data and offerings to drive a more efficient and effective distribution strategy for asset manager clients
Analyze and synthesize complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods
Create presentations that effectively translate complex ideas into actionable insights
Maintain and build relationships with key internal stakeholders across other various Broadridge teams

Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, statistics, psychology, sociology, or other relevant field
3 or more years of work experience; consulting or project management experience is a plus, asset management industry experience is preferred
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
An objective-orientation and a willingness to think creatively to solve client problems
Understanding and ability to discuss statistical analysis
Experience analyzing and deriving narratives from large data sets.
Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with limited oversight on a day-to-day basis
A proactive attitude and the ability to help drive process improvement
A client centric mindset and the willingness to meet the constantly changing needs of clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
An understanding of the asset management industry
Ability to work effectively with team members and serve a variety of stakeholders with different priorities
