Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of multifamily assets and execute the business plan for each asset.

Analyze property performance, prepare hold/sell analyses, and review monthly financial statements.

Forecast financial performance, prepare quarterly investor reports, and develop strategies to maximize property income.

Oversee property management, prepare budgets and valuations, work with lenders on CapEx draw requests, and perform site visits.

Lead the due diligence process, coordinate onsite efforts, create and review capital budgets, and submit loan packages to lenders.

Work with insurance brokers, communicate due diligence results to senior management, and coordinate closing of transactions.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.

3-6 years in multifamily asset management, private equity real estate underwriting and/or direct involvement in commercial real estate transactions (acquisitions, dispositions and financings)

Substantial experience analyzing institutional real estate investments and exerting judgement

Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, including the ability to understand and interpret complex financials models and waterfalls, look up formulas, complex/compound equations, logical equations and pivot tables

Strong financial acumen and understanding of all aspects of the portfolio properties’ key financial statements (including but not limited to financial modeling and waterfalls, JV operating agreements, and loan documents)

Self-motivated and organized, with strong time management skills to prioritize deadlines and ad-hoc requests

Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment
