Responsibilities

Oversee the day to day, training, and mentoring of the DES Asset Management service portfolio and team through goal setting, performance monitoring, team member review meetings, and scheduling of formal training required.
Drive expansion of chargeable opportunities, including T&M, system upgrades, and service contracts.
Ensure quality assurance activities are completed, such as sales-to-service and projects-to-service turnover including final project walkthroughs, service agreement scope reviews, and final information turnover to inspection team.
Support contract profitability through cost containment procedures and processes.
Ensure contract requirements are met and performed to a high standard.
Develop customer relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while ensuring effective and timely communications.
Determine technical labor loading and appropriate balance of talent to ensure proper resource coverage to meet customer needs.
Champion safety compliance by ensuring employees meet or exceed organization and customer safety requirements. Ensure employees are properly trained on safety requirements.
Enforce adherence to organizational processes, tools, and workflow standards.
Drives operational results. Tracks resources and monitors performance of power plants.
Develops and maintains maintenance plans, and coordinates execution.
Support, inform, prioritize, and coordinate activities and both internal and external resources.
Evaluate time-and-material (T&M) service orders for completed costs and scope of work; process invoices in accordance with standard billing practices.
Oversee contractual obligations, deliverables, and customer experience. Fulfills service contract obligations and documents events that impact operation, scope of work, and site performance.
Develops customer satisfaction through excellent communication and work product.
Ensures understanding of service agreement budget, activity plan and invoicing.
Drives successful financial performance for assigned accounts. Coordination on timely execution of service contract bookings, renewals, billing, and activity planning.
Achievement of order intake, revenue, and margin targets. Pursue project-specific change-orders opportunities.
Manages stakeholders’ relationships.
Act as a primary point of contact for service customers to ensure expectations are met.
Handle incoming service requests via phone or email, resulting in service work and scheduled or dispatched personnel.
Maintains strong relationships with manufacturers, vendors, and service providers.

Required

Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Technology, or equal job experience.
5+ years of DES industry-related experience with a focus on solar generation and Asset Management.
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
Computer literacy and good organization skills
Strong creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to change

Individual must possess a valid Driver's license in good standing
