Responsibilities

Manage supply Vendor relations as it relates to supply ordering, delivery, timelines, and issues.

Manage and assess equipment performance KPI’s on a routine basis.

Provide CDL management with KPI’s on a routine basis as defined by Company.

Manage Vendor’s with overall goal of process and uptime improvement.

Manage day-to-day Vendor performance relating to open Customer issues, prioritizing and focusing Vendor efforts based on issue and severity level.

Work with the Director, Strategic Initiatives on software implementation and use.

Work hand in hand with the CDL commercial, clinical, and administrative teams, and when applicable the leadership of CardioNavix.

Provide routine updates on progress and issues to Customer, management and operations personnel, such updates shall be available weekly, monthly, and as requested.

Manage Customer correspondence relating to equipment and supply issues.

Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to Company standards.

Liaise with Commercial account managers to set and implement strategies associated with new equipment installations and maintenance of existing accounts.

Provide suggested improvements for reporting and tracking service-related issues.

Demonstrates support for customer and corporate policies and management decisions.

Maintain CDL’s business and patient confidentiality.

Appropriately instructs new employees and coworkers.

Required

Minimum of two years of experience related to imaging equipment asset management.

Minimum of five years direct Customer relations experience.

Must have demonstrated creativity in improving work routines and in completing assigned projects.

Must possess expert communication, human relation, organizational and trailing skills to work effectively and compatibly to complete all tasks required.

Must possess the professionalism and poise to handle conflict and emergencies appropriately and adaptability to deal with change.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Ability to maintain confidential information.
