Responsibilities
Conduct store audits to identify potential internal theft and ensure compliance with shortage control standards
Provide training to store associates on asset protection procedures and communicate findings to management
Maintain confidentiality during investigations of identified internal theft
Assist in training associates on addressing potential shoplifting incidents with exceptional customer service
Prepare incident reports and document audit results accurately

Required
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of experience in Asset Protection or auditing preferred
Familiarity with CCTV system operation
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Preferred
LP Foundation LPQ or LPC certification preferred
Experience with case report writing preferred
Creative and self-motivated approach to problem-solving
Ability to influence and gain cooperation from others
