Responsibilities
Assist the Chief in reinforcing safety and environmental policies and procedures.
Manage timely completion of preventative and corrective maintenance assignments.
Assist with scheduling personnel in the Central Utility Plant.
Perform preventive and repair work on facility building systems and components.
Monitor BMS systems, respond to alarms, and diagnose issues.
Diagnose, inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment, controls, plumbing, and electrical components.
Order materials to support maintenance of various systems.
Recommend building modifications and equipment replacements.
Lead and share knowledge with team members on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, safety, and tools.
Support after-hours building activities and emergency response team.
Arrange for service visits, repairs, and documentation for various systems.
Perform facility rounds, report on building conditions, and ensure client satisfaction.
Other tasks as assigned.

Required
Minimum of 5 years of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance
High school diploma or equivalent years of relevant experience
Knowledge of basic carpentry, basic HVAC/Controls, basic plumbing, and basic electrical
Preferred
Experience operating chillers and boilers
Supervisory experience
