Responsibilities

Coordinates and executes the financial month-end close in QuickBooks including reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts

Prepares and reviews journal entries as well as processing intercompany transactions

Analyze and record monthly inventory

Ensure company compliance and filings with all regulatory tax agencies

Process bi-weekly payroll and reconcile various employee payroll deductions

Coordinate weekly payments to vendors and customer receivables with management and facilitate smooth financial operations for the business

Oversee and perform weekly audits of bookkeeping records to ensure accurate and up-to date financial statements

Coaching and assisting the Staff Accountant on their processes and workflow

Prepare weekly company executive scorecard, flash reporting, and cash forecasting

Prepare and review monthly consolidated financial statements

Update budget projections and financial status reports as requested

Perform other related duties and ad hoc projects as assigned
