Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor a team of data analysts to provide data products and intelligence for fundraising and marketing initiatives

Participate in project launch meetings and translate data concepts to business needs for non-technical clients

Coordinate with direct mail vendor and mail house to facilitate data necessary for direct mail and events programs

Ensure timely delivery of ad-hoc data requests with high accuracy and adherence to HIPAA regulations

Identify and implement measures to improve departmental processes and automation
