Responsibilities

Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of DTC email marketing campaigns for e-commerce brands
Develop engaging and relevant content tailored to the specific needs of DTC clients
Utilize design skills to create visually appealing email templates and graphics
Set up and manage Klaviyo automation to streamline and enhance DTC email marketing efforts
Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations, focusing on driving engagement and conversions
Collaborate with team members to ensure DTC email marketing aligns with overall marketing strategies and brand goals

Required

1-3 years of experience in marketing and data analysis
1-3 years of experience in content creation

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies

Preferred

Good knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Hubspot, Marketing Cloud, or similar
Good knowledge of list segmentation techniques
Good knowledge of AB testing to optimize email performance
Experience in copywriting
Familiarity with DTC e-commerce
Familiarity with email marketing best practices and legal requirements, including CAN-SPAM Act compliance and GDPR
