Responsibilities

7+ years as a practicing corporate attorney with corporate governance experience

Prior experience as in-house counsel at a mid to large-size corporation

Experience with property and casualty (P&C) insurance compliance and regulatory issues is a plus

Experience with complex entity management

Significant experience handling corporate governance issues, including corporate secretary duties like attending board meetings and keeping board minutes

Attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced corporate environment

Excellent academic credentials

Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence

Outstanding references
