Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and support on matters related to project development, real estate, contracts, compliance, and corporate governance.

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including real estate agreements, contracts, joint venture agreements, and financing agreements.

Advise on legal risks and mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Support the General Counsel in managing legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions.

Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure best practices and mitigate legal risks.

Manage relationships with external legal counsel and coordinate legal services as needed.
