Responsibilities
Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property.
Prepares vacant apartment homes for leasing by completing maintenance tasks.
Maintains inventory, completes documentation, and supports cost-cutting programs.
Assists in grounds and amenities maintenance and follows safety policies.
Inspects work by contractors, conducts property inspections, and identifies safety concerns.

Required
Incumbents must have EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling. (Applies to Certified Service Technicians.)
Incumbents must have all certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions. (Applies to all Service Technicians.)
Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
