Responsibilities
Maintain Performance Marketing Dashboard: Work with Regional IM teams, external agencies, OneSource, and IT D&A team to oversee data collection, cleaning, ingestion, and validation to ensure seamless reporting across digital media, influencer marketing, and virtual selling data.
Collaborate with TR Finance, EM&D, and BACC to integrate additional data sources, such as sales data, into the Performance Marketing Dashboard.
Create new dashboards and visual reports to enhance reporting capabilities.
Perform regular data analysis for all brands to inform media spend and set targets. Collaborate with global and regional brand marketing and digital teams to align media strategies.
Deliver comprehensive reports, including analytics playbooks and learn sessions, to educate brand and functional teams on digital marketing learnings and best practices.
Work with agencies and internal teams to set measurable online and offline digital marketing objectives and track campaign performance against these KPIs.
Collaborate with digital team brand leads to conduct ongoing analyses, such as campaign analysis, consumer segmentation, competitive market research, and social metrics. Provide analysis on influencer marketing and virtual selling data.
Conduct in-depth performance analysis to assess return on investment and advertising spend.
Provide data analytics support for leadership presentations and strategy decks.
Conduct key media and retailer media data analysis to inform strategic partnerships.

Required
Demonstrate passion and expertise in working with data.
Strong analytical skills with understanding of techniques for data analysis and presentation and visual tools (i.e. advanced user on Excel, familiarity with Tableau and Power BI).
Experience in analyzing the performance of digital marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvement. High level of proficiency in quantitative analysis, including the ability to calculate key marketing metrics.
Experience with media industry systems, tools and programmatic advertising and paid social platforms.
Experience with media data sources, third party ad serving platforms, web analytics, third-party validation, data visualization, and attribution solutions.
Knowledge of current media industry with understanding of APAC market is a plus.
Ability to distill complex research learnings into simple, relevant actions for media planning.
Excellent presentation and influencing skills combined with sound business acumen.
Experience and success working in a cross-functional organization, and a global mindset.
Experience managing data projects with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to understand statistical methods and their application in analyzing marketing data. Familiarity with Python, R, or other programming languages used for data analysis and automation is a plus.
High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify trends, patterns, and insights from data.
Bachelor’s degree, Chinese Mandarin language proficiency a plus.
3+ years of experience within an analytics function in the marketing industry, and minimum 1 year digital marketing experience either on the client or agency side.
