Responsibilities

Achieve Sales- and Service-related Metrics

Achieve monthly Sales Orders and sales mix goals

Provide Personalized Kohler product spec decks to customers

Maintain 100% compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and Policies & Procedures

Required

Candidate will possess 3-5 years of previous high-end retail sales experience or management experience in a customer service-related field.

Undergraduate degree or proven experience specializing in interior design preferred.

Must possess strong verbal and written skills, and successfully complete the Kohler Certification program.

Needs to be capable of creating and communicating product and / or design solutions in a timely manner and articulate why to buy from The KOHLER Signature Store.

Preferred

Knowledge Of The Plumbing Industry Preferred But Not Required.

Career path for this job function may lead to a Store Manager once metrics and appropriate business development standards have been achieved.
