Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in recruitment, selection, training, and performance management of the store team

Provide input into scheduling

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Monitor customer service feedback and surveys

Manage kitchen operations including recipes, portioning, and product rotation

Manage inventory, orders, and organization

Minimize waste and expenses to impact cost savings

Oversee food service rollouts
